PAYMENT and SHIPPING INFORMATION

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Patriot Rifleworks is pleased to accept credit card payments by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

SHIPPING COSTS
A flat rate ground shipping charge of $8.95 will be added to your total during checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Orders of $200 or greater in value ship for free. There maybe some exceptions for orders requiring special shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most items listed on our website that show in stock typically ship within 1 to 2 business days Mon-Fri (not counting weekends or holidays). Firearms, as well as complete upper groups may take a bit longer depending on processing time and availability. Orders will ship either by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of your order including tracking number(s).

TAX RATES?
All orders shipped to a state of Florida address will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7.5%. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Note: Although we, as the seller, are not obligated to collect sales tax for states other than Florida, a purchase from us is subject to your state’s sales/use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Your state, if it imposes a sales/use tax, requires that you report and pay the tax due on your purchases. Details of how to file this return may be found on your state’s department of revenue website.


INTERNATIONALLY ORDERS
We do NOT ship internationally and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the items on this Web site are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130), the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2778), or the Export Administration Act of 1979 (as amended, 22 USC App. 2401 et. seq.) and EXPORT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without authorization or a license for each order as issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations any shipment to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the 50 United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS?
Patriot Rifleworks is consistently recognized for its customer loyalty and we are committed to 100% user satisfaction.

If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.

If you find a newly purchased product unsatisfactory for any other reason we will accept it back in resellable condition within 14-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, the return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and restocking fees may apply.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Customer Service. Once an RMA # (Return Authorization) has been issued, please clearly mark the outside of your return package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.


WHAT IF I NEED WARRANTY ON AN ITEM?
Before returning items for warranty issues, please contact Customer Service. Each item is subject to specific warranty coverage and return procedures by the manufacturers. Some items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty service. Any shipping charges incurred for warrantable items are the customer’s responsibility.
